Offset for stock vs new rims

Hi! I am looking to replace the stock rims on my 2021 STI, however, I am not sure what the offset is for the stock ones, or if it is dependent on the new rims. They seem to offer a few choices.
Any input will help me, thank you!!

I recommend you go with the typical wheel size when upgrading.

18"x9.5" +38mm with 255/35/18 tires
or
19"x9.5" +38mm with 245/35/19 tires

^
19 inch height of the rim
9.5 inch width of the rim
38 millimeters offset from center hub

245 width of the tire (measured in mm, milimeters)
35 is the aspect ratio of the sidewall, relative to the width. meaning 35% of 245 = 85.75mm
19 is the rim size
