Not a movie, but in last week's NCIS, there was a black STi in a video that the investigators were viewing because a car they had under surveilence blew up. I blurted "there's an STi in that video" and my wife looked at me like wtf!

That was an Evo IV. Seeing that movie is what got me into AWD cars. The Evo IV is still my fav MYEvo.

They Did sell it here but I believe the Japanese versions where made of metal instead of plastic. They where called 'Binaltech' in Japan.

The reason you see so many WRX's in movies that take place in europe is because the Metropolitan Police are now using those as one of their main cars in addition to the BMW's they've used for years. When I went to the police academy, what did we get, old ass crown vics, what do the brits get? WRX's. I'm moving to london, lol.

there's an itt-tech.com with an 04-05 OBP STi and a 06-07 WRB STi, basically everyshot the STi's are in and there's one where the guy is driving his 06-07 wrb with his family
